Have a problems with your windows explorer? Try this...

1) Go to Run –>gpedit.msc (Figure 1)

2) User Configuration –> Administrative Templates –> Windows Components –> Windows Explorer (Figure 2)

3) Enable and then Disable “Removes Folder Options menu from Tools menu” (Figure 3)

Close all windows explorer windows and then open again.. most probably your folder options is back :-)
